DESCRIPTION:New Outreach Program: Coming to Vienna Presbyterian Church this Fall\n\nGospel Yoga is designed to help participants slow down\, breathe deeply\, move mindfully\, and experience the peace and presence of Christ in a gentle\, accessible setting. Beginning Monday\, September 14 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and Thursday\, September 17 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm this weekly class is open and free to everyone. When school is in session\, childcare is available during the Monday class for children ages 8 and under with at least 48 hours advance notice and registration.
