If you are interested in being on the wait-list\, please send a message to the food Chairman at: food@viennabusiness.org\n\n\n\nAnnouncing the 12th Annual Vienna Oktoberfest!\n\nOctober 5\, 2019\n\n11:00am - 7:00pm\n\n\n\n\n\nThe 2019 Oktoberfest event will feature:\n\n Live entertainment on three stages: Main Stage in the Caboose Beer Garden\, Town Green Stage & Center Street Acoustic Stage.\n Two Beer/Wine Gardens- (Main Garden is the Caboose Garden in the main parking lot on Church Street\, Secondary Beer location is in the midst of the Mill Street Food Court\n Access to beer and wine at all food locations!\n Great Kids activities and games\n Hand-Makers Market\n Business Expo Showcase\n Marketplatz Market on Dominion Rd.\n German Auto Show\n Multi-national food vendors on Mill Street\n And LOADS and LOADS of FUN!!!\n\n\n\nThe Vienna Oktoberfest event provides an ideal venue to showcase your business to 20\,000 to 35\,000 attendees of all ages. You'll have the opportunity to personally interact with thousands of potential new customers. This is an incredibly affordable way to do marketing and community outreach and is great publicity for your business\, all while having fun!\n\n\n\nOver the past ten years\, booth space has sold out\, so please don't delay or you could miss out on this fabulous opportunity! The deadline to submit your application/ paperwork and payment is Tuesday\, September 10\, 2019.\n\n\n\nFOOD VENDOR FEES-FULL\, No applications being accepted\n\nFood Vendor Red Caboose Beer Garden (Primary Garden)\n\nVBA Member $650\n\nNon-VBA Member $750\n\n*All vendors subject to approval. Vendors with a German Theme/Food will be given first accomodations!\n\n\n\nFood Vendor Mill Street Food Court \n\nVBA Member 10x20 $300\n\nVBA Member 10x30 $500\n\nNon-VBA Member 10x20 $400\n\nNon-VBA Member 10x30 $600\n\n*All vendors subject to approval. We will attempt to have very little overlap in food menus. First registered/paid with COIs & complete menu submitted will be considered registered first.\n\n\n\nMill Street Food Court Food Vendor spaces are open to all Fairfax County approved food vendors and are available in 10x20 and 10x30 rental spaces. No spaces larger than 10x 30ft will be accepted. \n\nAll tables/equipment/grills/supplies/water barrel weights/etc. MUST fit into the space that you register for. Any vendors who exceed their registered space will be relocated to the end of the food area\, or asked to leave. (so please\, measure your space!). If you have questions\, call us!\n\n\n\nWe will make every effort to limit duplication of foods offered by vendors. (there will be 1 brat vendor\, 1 asian grill vendor\, etc) Priority for registration will go to the first vendor who is fully registered.\n\nTo be fully registered\, you must:\n\n1) Fully Complete online application. Must include menu items and prices\n\n2) Submit payment in full\n\n3) Submit your Certificate of Insurance(COI) with the Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association listed as Certificate holders\n\n4) Submit the Town of Vienna Meals Tax Registration Form (link below)\n\n\n\nAll Food Vendors:\n\n\n Must provide and display menu\, price board and signage.\n Alcohol sales strictly prohibited at any vendor booths\n Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted and must be listed on the application\n Your booth must comply with Health Department and Fire Marshal safety guidelines\n Must pre-register with the Town of Vienna-link to application\n Must be up-to-date with all past meals tax filings/payments in the Town of Vienna \n\n\n\nPlease register on-line by clicking the "Register Now" button above.\n\n\n\nPlease download and read the below documents.\n\n\n\nDownload and read the full Food Vendor Application and Contract \n\nBy submitting this online vendor registration form and payment you are acknowledging you have read and will abide by the Food Vendor Agreement. All must be received in order for your application to be a complete agreement by September 10\, 2019.\n\n** Your application\, payment & certificate of insurance MUST be received\, before your application will be considered final.
