DESCRIPTION:Announcing the 16th Annual Vienna Oktoberfest!\n\nOctober 4\, 2025\n\n11:00am - 7:00pm\n\n\n\nFood vendors are full.\n\n \nThe 2025 Oktoberfest event will feature:\n\n	Live Entertainment on Three Stages\n	Multiple Beer/Wine Stations\n	German & Multi-Cultural Food\n	Great Free Kids Activities and Games\n	Festival Marketplace\n	Hand-Makers Marketplace\n	Business Expo Showcase\n	Health & Wellness Marketplace\n	And LOADS and LOADS of FUN!!!\n\n\n\nThe Vienna Oktoberfest event provides an ideal venue to showcase your business to tens of thousands of attendees of all ages.  This is an incredibly affordable way to market your business to the VA/MD/DC communities and have a great time doing it!\n\n\n\nBooth Space Prices \n\nFood Vendor Main Beer Garden - Must be German(ish) themed\n\nVBA Member 10x10 $650 \n\nNon-VBA Member 10x10 $750 \n\n \n\nFood Vendor General Festival Grounds \n\nVBA Member 10x10-10x20 $300 (VBA members in the sponsor area at 10ft unless prearranged with food chair)\n\nVBA Member 10x30 $520   (all vendors over 20' long must choose this)\n\nNon-VBA Member 10x20 $400 \n\nNon-VBA Member 10x30 $620  (all vendors over 20' long must choose this)\n\nNO SPACES AVAILABLE OVER 30 FT\n\n\n\nAll tables/equipment/grills/generators/supplies/water barrel weights/etc. MUST fit into the space that you register for. Please keep in mind that Brooke Rental tents have water barrels attached inside your tent to secure the tents.  Any vendors who exceed their registered space will be relocated to the end of the food area\, or asked to leave.  (so please\, measure your space!).  If you have questions\, call us!\n\n \n\nWe will make every effort to limit duplication of foods offered by vendors. (per food area there will be 1 brat vendor\, 1 Asian grill vendor\, 1 Pizza vendor\, etc). Priority for registration will go to the first vendor who is fully registered\, based on the Priority criteria below.\n\n \n\nFood Vendor priority is based on:\n\n  Are you a Vienna Business Association member?\n\n  Is your business in Vienna?\n\n  Have you filed & paid all event meals taxes for all Vienna past events?\n\n  Is your application complete & do we have payment?\n\n  Are your food choices unique? (we limit duplication of menus/vendors)\n\n  Have you applied for your FFX Co. temporary meals permit?\n\n  Have we had any problems in past years with vendor following instructions for registration\, set-up\, or day-of activities? \n\n\n\n\n\nTo be fully registered\, you must:\n\n  Fully Complete online application. Must include menu items  \n\n  Submit payment in full within 30 days of registration\n\n  Submit your Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association listed as Certificate holders\n\n  Apply for your Fairfax County Temporary Food Permit (even brick and mortar businesses must apply)\n\n  Pay the Town of Vienna Meals Tax prior to September 29\, 2025 (this is a new process this year.
