Retirement plans   old and new   will be discussed.\n\nThe session will look at fostering resilience and adaptability to adapt to new work environments.\n\nAbout the Presenters\n\nMitra Gholam started Alira Consulting\, an executive and leadership consulting firm\, in February 2023 to help others reach their career and business goals and objectives. She is a licensed Executive and Leadership Coach by the Academy of Executive Coaching based in London\, UK and has a global certification through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
