VBA Welcome Gift Bags for New Residents-NEW RULES, PLEASE READ
New Resident Welcome Bag Revised instructions, please read!
Each month the VBA will distribute the VBA WELCOME BAGS to the new residents in the Town of Vienna! All VBA members in good standing (current member with dues paid up to date) may contribute to the VBA Welcome Bag every month, every other month, or once a year! Do what works best for you and your business!
Participation Process: Register Each Month: Sign up on line by the 1st Friday of each month that you wish to contribute to the bag. Number of items: As we play "catch up" for the last 6 months, wee will deliver 75 bags each month, so 75 identical items are required. Item Drop off Deadline: All items must be delivered by 5pm on the 1st Friday of every month. Drop Off Location:Georgen Scarbourogh & Associates, 243 Church St, Suite 100e Drop Off Time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Delivery Method: All items must be secured with a paper clip or in an envelope
• Paper only, no marketing swag
• Must be flat and no more than one 8.5" x 11" page
• Offer must be something of value such as a complimentary item, or discounted service and must be clear what the $ value is. Remember this is a "welcome" gift or promotion for new neighbors.
• We suggest you do not include an expiration date. All items includeing expiration dates must be dated 6 months out from the mailing date. New neighbors don't always stop in right away...you don't want to lose them due to an expired offer.
