• Novo Kitchen and Bath is Hiring an Office Administrator

    We are looking for a team member to work with us in our Vienna, VA location. If you are an active person who is eager to learn and has the vision to build up his/her career in the kitchen & bath industry, then you are looking at the right posting!     • Manage appointments of designers and managers with clients,
    • Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail
    • Clean & organize the work environment
    • Maintain customer and vendor accounts and handle accounts payable
    • Invoice customers and perform accounts receivable via email and phone
    • Maintain an accurate filing system
    • Maintain professional & neat personal appearance
    • Track and manage supplies & materials for office and job sites
    • Welcome walk-in clients, assist clients with material selection
    • Work 5 days a week

    Job Type: Full-time

    Working Schedule:

    • M-F 8am/5pm & Sat 10am/4pm
    • Work every other Saturday (with following Monday off)
    • 2 weeks paid time off after 1 year
