    Our growing Real Estate team in Falls Church is searching for an organized and creative assistant for overall office oversight; including, but not limited to creating agent schedules, managing our busy office, searching CoStar listings, execute marketing plans, organize files, track transactions and other various back office responsibilities. Key Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and project management abilities Great ability to focus and follow-through Concerned about doing things the right way Calm under pressure Service-based attitude Proven ability to succeed Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, etc.), CoStar system, PDF software and some graphic design competency Knowledgeable of Social Network Marketing QuickBooks a plus and Ability to multitask effectively, thriving in a busy environment
