Too often in our jobs we end up falling into familiar yet unfulfilling roles because we are capable and qualified. However, we end up not completely engaged in what we are doing and we become bored and even frustrated.
In that situation, it all just becomes for us mere tedious work. And yet, each of us has been given unique gifts and talents that can make a difference in the world, if only we knew how to tap into what makes us the most passionate.
Shira Harrington, Chief Engagement Officer of Purposeful Hire, lives by her company's motto: "For Every Hire, There is a Higher Purpose."
In this engaging talk, Shira will share some of her life experiences that led her to find her own "higher purpose" and how you can discover yours, both in work and in life.
