Join VPC for Earth Care at Glyndon Park

Join VPC on April 30 at 9:00am at Glyndon Park as we celebrate the earth God has created for us! The Town of Vienna has identified work projects where the whole family can participate. There are varieties of tasks that are suitable for toddlers to seniors. We will remove invasive plants while learning how they are so harmful to the birds and animals. We will pick up sticks, remove weeds, spread mulch, spruce up buildings with new paint and repairs, and generally improve the environment.

Garden Clubs and other experts, including the Conservation and Sustainability Commission of Vienna, will be on hand to teach us to be good stewards of what God has put in our care. Invite friends and neighbors to join in this outreach effort to serve together.
