Virtual Active Aging Exercise Classes sponsored by Shepherd’s Center serving Oakton-Vienna-Reston-Herndon (SC)

Exercise class for older adults focusing on low impact aerobics, balance, coordination and stretching. Class meets for 1 hour, once a week, for eight weeks.
