Please join us Thursday, Jan 15 as we kick-off 2026 featuring the Health, Wellness and Fitness members of the VBA!

Let's get this new year kicked-off with a a BANG!

This VBA has a large number of members that provide mental, physical and spiritual wellness through events and community engagement.

Networking with some really amazing people!

Speakers will have 2 minutes to talk about their business, and ways you can help us be more healthy and well. We only have time for 15-20 speakers, so sign up soon!
