VBA Welcome Gift Bags for New Residents-Contribute Each Month!

The VBA Board of Directors would like to invite you to participate in an incredible MEMBERS ONLY Benefit; a way for you to get your business in front of families moving into our fair Town of Vienna.
 
It’s the VBA WELCOME TO VIENNA GIFT BAG!
 
Say a family moves in, is new to the area, and  wondering….”Where do I go get pizza?  A mattress?  A massage, exercise, hair cut, financial planning….PLUG YOUR BUSINESS IN HERE!
 
As said family unpacks its boxes, a VBA member stops by with a personalized VBA WELCOME TO VIENNA GIFT BAG!  In the bag are hundreds of dollars worth of valuable offers from VBA MEMBERS!    Here's the family, new to town,with no idea where to go and VOILA!  Dozens of possibilities!

Signing up is easy.  Each month members will receive an invitation to contribute to this monthly gift bag. If you would like to contribute, just click the "Register Now" link and enter the description of your contribution. We suggest a gift that will get someone in your door, for instance:
• a free cup of coffee
• buy one, get one free sandwich
• half off your first massage

Since the gift bag is relatively small,  donations should be in the form of a gift certificate in lieu of actual items (this will also help drive people to your business).  We suggest the value be at least $10.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Each month, all VBA members will have an opportunity to participate in the gift bag for that month.
• If you wish to contribute to that month, click the "register now" link and enter the description on the item you would like to contribute. The item must be of OF VALUE, not just promotional.  We suggest a $10 minimum value. 
• You must register by the 15th of the month to contribute to that month's bag.
• Each month, the Town of Vienna gives us a list of all families that have moved into Vienna the previous month. 
• On the 15th, a member of the Welcome Bag Fulfillment Team will contact you with the number of items needed to fill the bags for that month.
• You will have until the 20th of the month to have the specific # of items delivered  to Caffe Amouri at 107 Church Street, NE, Vienna VA 22180 .
• The Welcome Bag volunteers will fill all of the bags for the new families with the VBA contributed goodies and deliver them to the new families in town!
• New Vienna residents rush to your location to redeem their offer and be WOWED by your business!
