About Us

Nurse Next Door McLean is a licensed in-home care provider serving seniors and individuals across Northern Virginia. We deliver comprehensive in-home medical (skilled) services, including skilled nursing care, IV infusion therapy, medication management, wound care, post-hospital support, and physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT). In addition, we offer non-medical personal care services such as assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, mobility support, respite care, and specialized memory care for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Our mission is to help clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes through compassionate, high-quality care.
