Sarah Faisal, founder of hom with Compass, is a fourth-generation DMV native proudly rooted in Vienna. With a background in banking, startup operations, and consulting, she brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to real estate—combining sharp negotiation, market expertise, and an unwavering commitment to her clients.

She is the founder of The Vienna Dog Pack, a local group created to bring people together and strengthen the bond between neighbors and their dogs. What started as a simple idea has grown into a powerful, supportive network that shows up for one another in meaningful ways.

Sarah is also an active lost dog search and rescue volunteer, often dropping everything to help reunite missing dogs with their families. From organizing search efforts to educating the public on effective recovery strategies, she brings calm, compassion, and leadership to moments that matter most.
