15-Day Meditation Refresh Virtual Morning Program
The 15-Day Meditation Refresh Program is designed to kick-start or reinforce your daily meditation habit. A 7:00-7:30 a.m. ET audio-only Zoom call is the platform for this program Monday through Friday. Weekends are for your solo practice, supported by guidance provided by your facilitator, Martha Brettschneider, Founder of Damselwings. Martha is a certified mindfulness teacher and Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach. All skill levels are welcome!Date and Time
