Fall Yoga Day Camp

Join Mindfulnest for a day of yoga, outdoor exploration, arts & crafts, dancing, games, friend-making, silliness, and more! Let's play! Camp will be held indoors and outdoors at the Vienna Moose Lodge. We will also take field trips to Nottoway park-directly across the street for yoga & nature hikes and exploration, so make sure to bring comfortable shoes! Campers should bring outdoor shoes, water, lunch, snacks, and a mat. If you don't have access to a mat, I can provide one.
Children should be able to use the restroom alone, go on mini-hikes, and follow multi-step directions.
