Gimga Group Management, K-Food Cook-Off Event!
Calling all culinary students and K-food enthusiasts will have 45-minutes to create a Korean food dish only using the provided ingredients but must incorporate kimchi to complete their dish!
• Must be 18 years of age: culinary student and/or K-food enthusiast
• Contest is NOT open to professional chefs.
• Finalists must be present at the Hyatt Regency on the day of the contest.Video

Fees/Admission
K-food enthusiasts and aspiring chefs can send in an application on our website to be able to compete for first, second, or third place in the Cook-Off. Applications open July 15th - September 15th. We will be emailing who was picked to compete in this event by September 17th!
