Town and State Government
Carey Sienicki, a resident of Vienna since 2000, retired in 2019 after eight years Town Council, fifteen years on Windover Heights Board of Review and also formerly served as Mayor Pro-Tempore and Planning Commissioner. She attained Advanced Certified Local Government Official of Virginia Municipal League and served on the General Laws Committee. She also was appointed to the Fairfax County Economic Advisory Committee and Hunter Mill Budget Committees. Locally, she is a member of Vienna Arts Society on the Advisory Committee and Historic Vienna, Inc. as Walk on the Hill Coordinator. Professionally, she is a business owner, registered architect, and member of the American Institute of Architects; she is a charter member of the Vienna Business Association, serving as Vendor Chair of the Vienna Oktoberfest.
Sienicki received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology. She and her husband, David, members of Our Lady of Good Council Catholic Church, live in northwest Vienna, celebrating 30 years of marriage and have two adult children, Nicholas and Ashley.
