About the Presenters
Kedric Edwards currently serves as the IT Security Operations Manager at Northwest Federal Credit Union, bringing over 20 years of experience. He manages people, technology, and processes to reduce risk despite hackers constant attacks on financial services. Kedric’s contribution to Northwest Federal includes protections against all layers of technology-especially members and employees. His team is committed to ensure the security of valuable information entrusted to NWFCU.
Kasey Flanagan serves as Fraud Mitigation Manager at Northwest Federal Credit Union, bringing over 17 years of experience across private and public sectors. She oversees enterprise-wide strategies to combat fraud, strengthen digital security, and protect member assets. Kasey has contributed to national forums on fraud prevention and consumer protection and is passionate about collaboration and education, empowering individuals with tools and knowledge to stay safe and confident in today’s banking environment.
