Come to this special NHHC guest hands-on workshop where you will learn about all the great health benefits of fermented foods, get to taste a variety of sauerkrauts and other fermented vegetables (fermented cherry tomatoes are the bomb!) and then create and take home a quart of your own signature sauerkraut.
Food, knives, cutting boards, and take-home fermentation kit are all included. Just bring yourself and an apron if you are so inclined. Recipes and resources are provided. $50 per participant. Bring a friend for tasting only (no kit) for $10.
