Mindfulnest Yoga Presents: A Million Dream Yoga Camp for Kids

What are your dreams? Who do you want to be? How can you help make this world a beautiful place? We'll answer these questions and more during our time together this summer!

What will we do during the week?
Yoga, meditation, breathwork, of course
Arts & crafts Lunchtime & snack time (bring a packed lunch)
Friday will be Glow-ga & Graduation (glow in the dark yoga)
Dancing & Games
Hiking and outdoor time
A tour of the firehouse
Movie & popcorn time
Bonding, laughing, friend-making, silliness and more!

Suggested ages 5-12. Reach out to me if you have a younger or older kiddo interested!
Note that school ends on a Wednesday, so the first two days of camp will be Thursday and Friday, and will resume on Monday through Thursday. Six days total from 9:00-3:00.
