This is event provides a time to let go, rest and draw strength from the gathered group and allow others to support you in your healing journey. Safe and confidential support allows you to be seen and heard.
You can expect Alexandra to integrate coaching with holistic Gestalt soul care, as you work with your body, emotions and spirit for greater wholeness.
