VBA Lunch Meating Featuring the Health, Wellness & Fitness Committee
VBA January Lunch!

Please join us Thursday, Jan 16 as we kick-off the new year featuring the Health, Wellness and Fitness Committee (HWFC) of the VBA!
This HWFC helps promote the large number of members that provide mental, physical and spiritual wellness through events and community engagement. We look forward to hearing from the Committee Chairman, Karen Kerrigan, as well as some of the Wellness members of the VBA.
A healthy lunch will be provided by TBD
This meeting will feature short (2 mins) presentations from multiple Health Wellness & Fitness organizations in the VBA. We have so many members in this broad field, and we are eager to learn what each business offers.
