Get to Know Paul A. Samakow
Mr. Samakow is a professional speaker focusing on helping entrepreneurs and small businesses. As an attorney since 1980, Mr. Samakow has helped thousands of clients in all measure of business matters, including counseling them in growth, marketing and legal structure and protection.
Mr. Samakow?s speaking experience, besides conducting hundreds of trials to judges and juries, includes presentations to business owners, Chambers of Commerce affiliated organizations, men?s organizations, church organizations, school groups, networking groups, ethnic organizations, and more.
As an attorney, Mr. Samakow represents injury victims. Over this period of time, Mr. Samakow has personally handled over 20,000 cases. Over 90% of those matters resolved successfully by negotiation, trial, arbitration or mediation.
Mr. Samakow is a syndicated legal columnist. His weekly article is carried in numerous online forums and numerous print newspapers, all over the world. His column addresses everyday legal matters and have included commentary and analysis on Supreme Court cases, cases in other countries, national and local legal matters and news, celebrity legal issues and trials, and often, he writes informational columns providing useful advice on an array of consumer and legal topics.
Mr. Samakow has been involved as an advocate in the Washington, D.C. area Hispanic community for almost 30 years. During this period he has supported countless organizations and causes with donations and pro-bono legal work. He is most proud of the work he has done to educate the community on safety issues, and those concerning their rights and legal protections.
