Dan Hayes is the Executive Director of Atlanta Community Ministries, an Atlanta-based non-profit organization that consists of nearly 40 different ministries, filling 3,000-4,000 volunteer opportunities that touch 25,000 people annually. 

Over the last 20 years, ACM's volunteers have served over 530,000 different individuals in need.

Prior to founding ACM, Dan was both a private and public consultant for over 20 years, serving both the business and academic communities in the areas of success, interpersonal relationships and ethics. During his career, Dan has spoken to more than 1 million people in 25 countries, including leaders in the Pentagon and members of both houses of Congress.
