Delivery Driver & Backup Dispatcher

Karin’s Florist is seeking a reliable, professional Delivery Driver who may also support our team as a Backup Dispatcher when needed. Our drivers are the face of Karin’s Florist—ensuring that every floral arrangement arrives on time, in perfect condition, and with exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, especially during busy floral seasons. • Safely deliver floral arrangements to homes, businesses, and event venues. • Provide friendly, professional customer service during each delivery. • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules; communicate delays or issues promptly. • Load, secure, and unload floral products with care to maintain quality and presentation. • Operate company vehicles responsibly and keep them clean and organized. • Assist with in-store or operational tasks as needed. • Provide backup dispatch support when coverage is needed. • Assist with routing and assigning deliveries using computerized ordering systems.
