Your Role in the Community

• Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture connections with local businesses, organizations, and families to bring more people into our holistic care model.
• Host Family-Friendly Events: Coordinate events that focus on wellness, corrective care, and holistic health—everything from health screenings to family wellness seminars and educational lunch-and-learns.
• Educate & Engage the Community: Share our unique approach to chiropractic care and wellness, helping families understand the importance of a healthy spine and nervous system for overall well-being.
• Track and Follow Up: Keep organized records of leads and prospects, ensuring timely follow-up to convert them into long-term patients who align with our holistic philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Implement Community Outreach Strategies: Create and execute targeted outreach plans that resonate with families and individuals looking for corrective care solutions.
• Manage Social Media & Content: Build our online presence with compelling content that educates and attracts new patients interested in holistic wellness.
• Organize Educational Events: Plan and execute workshops and community wellness events that align with our family-focused mission and attract new patients.
• Collaborate on Promotional Materials: Work with our team to develop print and digital materials that effectively communicate our corrective and holistic care approach.
• Measure & Optimize Marketing Campaigns: Track the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies to continually improve our community impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in social media marketing, email campaigns, and community outreach (a plus, but not required).
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging, compelling content.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.

Summary

In the role of Community Outreach Chiropractic Assistant, you will be instrumental in driving the organization's marketing initiatives and enhancing brand visibility. Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will leverage your core skills in marketing and communication to develop and execute effective campaigns both online and in our community. Your expertise in social media marketing, copywriting, and marketing automation will be vital in engaging target audiences and generating leads. Additionally, your proficiency in building relationships and partnerships as well as to plan and host engaging outreach events will help our team to help more people.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
