Administrative Assistant – Missions (20 hours/week)

Vienna Presbyterian Church is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our extensive Outreach and Missions efforts—someone who thrives on details, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping ministries run smoothly.

In this position, you will partner closely with the Pastor for Outreach and the Missions Ministry team, providing day-to-day administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing communications, and coordinating volunteers. Beyond the desk, you will help bring Missions Ministry initiatives to life by assisting with logistics for events, service opportunities, and mission trips. From coordinating travel details to maintaining calendars, your work will directly support meaningful outreach both locally and beyond. You will also collaborate with staff and volunteers across ministries, contributing to a cohesive and welcoming church environment.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly dependable—someone who can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a warm, service-minded approach. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Office365, and prior administrative experience (or equivalent education) are essential.

Most importantly, this role is ideal for a committed Christian who is eager to support the mission and values of VPC and is comfortable expressing their faith.
