Wedding Coordinator (Hourly, as-needed)

Vienna Presbyterian Church is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate individual to serve as a Wedding Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, enjoys working with couples, and is seeking to work a few hours per month. You’ll guide couples through the planning process, coordinate logistics with our pastors, sound technicians, and musicians, and ensure each wedding runs smoothly and respectfully within our church traditions.

If you have strong communication skills, a heart for service, and experience – or interest – in event coordination or hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
