Managing Director (40 hours/week, full benefit package)

Are you a strategic leader with a heart for ministry? Vienna Presbyterian Church (VPC) is seeking a Managing Director to join our leadership team and help drive our mission forward. VPC is a vibrant, growing, flourishing church with a solid staff of 70—all who work hard to further the mission. This pivotal role will oversee the operational, financial, and administrative functions of the church, ensuring our vision is supported by strong systems and effective stewardship. Working closely with the Lead Pastor and Session, this senior level position will ensure that the church’s resources, infrastructure, and organizational practices effectively support its ministries and long-term vision.
