    How often will you stand on one leg this summer?
                Probably more often than you think. When you walk, every step you take requires you to balance on one leg for a moment. If your balance and coordination are disturbed, your risk of injury is increased.
                    During the summer, you may find yourself walking on wet surfaces at poolside, navigating crowded walkways at a concert or festival, and  dodging garden hoses or toys left where they don’t belong. The more balanced and coordinated you are, the safer you are.
